Blue Adobe has a couple locations, one near the Frank Lloyd Wright mecca Taliesen West, and one in Gilbert. I’ve been to the one in Scottsdale a couple times, outstanding food and good service. The seafood enchiladas are great, pork green chile stew is amazing, and the “Dippity Doo Dah" appetizer never fails to please with its fresh guac, bean con queso, and mango salsa.

The food was absolutely spectacular and price was great for the amount of food. I would highly recommend getting the Shredded chicken as the flavor was out of this world. Salsa tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor.

A new, modern twist on the traditional Mexican favorites! Innovative combination of flavors brings your meal up a notch or two! Not in my neighborhood, but well-worth the trip!

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, food was really really good but be prepared for spicy! I love spicy so wasn't an issue but my wife was chugging some water! Chimichanga was but my fave was the carne adobado.

What a fun time, great food and fun bartender. I had the pork rolls thing very filling . Drinks were great.

My first time to this place... And at first I was like ugh.. more mexican food. As I been eating it all week. From when I got into the restaurant the kind and prompt service I received entering to the time we got our food. It was a pleasant experience. But the food itself was nothing like I've experienced before. I was thrown back by the presentation of the dishes almost too pretty to eat. But I'm glad I did. For I don't think I've ever had a chicken chili relleno so good. Even homemade from my own Mexican family. We also had the street corn as an appetizer and it instantly gave me nostalgia.. I recommend this place. You cannot go wrong. I will be bringing everyone out this way to experience what i have. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

So our favorite Sushi place was closed so before our Dr. Appt decided to stop and try out something new for us....Glad we did!! Amazing service, very honest and knowledgeable owner who you can tell has a good handle on his kitchen..Land of Enchantment plate is New Mexico True..They captured the essences of New Mexico, my wife's Lobster Mac..one of a kind! Kids Spaghetti was the best....of you want authentic made from scratch..Blue Adobe will not disappoint! Our waitress simply the best! Be back real soon! With friends.....

All the tequilas, beautiful Mexican food and amazing service you need! The bartender, Allie is so friendly and awesome. She suggested the chili relleno and she was absolutely right! That meal was the best chili relleno we have ever had! We had the triple dip and it was great! The margs were great, no fillers. Just a great atmosphere! If we lived here, we would here weekly! Thank you for everything!
